Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons bacon grease
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 can Sauerkraut
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped into small strips.

Directions

Heat bacon grease over low heat and sauté onions for 15 minutes or until brown. Add sauerkraut and cabbage. Add water just enough to cover ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours.
